Holiday's To-Do List
HI, i hope that you all are enjoying your holidays. Anyway, here is a checklist on what needs to be done.
1. Name tag and shirt
Not everyone has paid for their name tag and shirt, so if you want to get yours, please pay up.
2. Meeting
There will be a meeting when school reopens, on Tuesday. Time and venue to be confirmed later.
3. BM and ENG
You guys should be collecting on enough articles. The new column too, the one about photographs, designs, art, etc. The two people in charge of it, please email me to update me.
Sara, Mr Richard said he wouldn't scan for us, so we have to scan it ourselves first. He said pictures should be saved in an AI file.
4. PHOTOGRAPHY
There's nothing you can do now. =) But there will be a photo shoot when school reopens, most likely on Tuesday. I'll confirm the date with Mr Alias.
5. CLUBS & SOCIETIES, SPORTS & GAMES
All of the clubs, societies and sports should be done by friday after the school holidays.
6. COMPUTATION
You don't have anything to do too, unless the other segments ask for your help. =)
7. FINANCE
I would expect you guys to be doing some work this holidays, so when i meet up with your next week, i hope to see more money than the current amount you guys have collected. So far you have done a good job, so keep it up and don't slack!
8. GRAPHICS
Members, please help out Iman and Su Ann when they give you the assignments to do.
9. MEMORIES
There's nothing much you can do too. Natashyia, could you email to me all the layouts and stuff, so i can go through it once. use mediafire, it'll be easier.
10. FEATURES
Right now you can't do anything, so if there's anything Fatin ask you girls to do, please do help her out.
11. ACADEMICS
The lembaga section needs to be done. There is 1 lembaga still not complete, because its photo was not taken, so we'll see how when school reopens.
Okay members, please do show your cooperation when your heads ask for it. I know it's the holidays, but well, they're not gonna drive you like mad slave drivers right? =) so, enjoy the next week of holidays, and work hard if you have to. This is the new list, so please use this one and not the old one.
